2. Livestock Orders and Guarantees
Our primary focus is the health and vitality of our farm poultry. All young stock and chicks are thoroughly inspected before leaving our hatchery facilities. We ensure that our chicken breeding processes meet strict quality and welfare standards.
- All chick sales and young stock orders are subject to availability at the time of hatching.
- We guarantee live arrival for all farm poultry deliveries handled by our approved agricultural transport partners.
- Customers must report any health concerns regarding the received farm poultry within 24 hours of arrival to be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Orders for specific chicken breeding lines may require a deposit to secure your allocation during peak seasons.
3. Farm Products and Supplies
In addition to live farm poultry, we offer related farm products to support the successful rearing of your flock. Items such as feed, supplements, and housing accessories are non-refundable once opened, to maintain strict biosecurity protocols. Any defective farm products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
4. Payment and Pricing
Prices for all hatchery outputs, including day-old chicks and mature breeding stock, are presented clearly at the time of inquiry. We accept secure bank transfers and major credit cards for farm product purchases. HatchVale Poultry reserves the right to adjust pricing based on seasonal breeding cycles and agricultural supply costs, but confirmed orders will always retain their agreed price.
